• The Promo is open to:

o Aged 18 years old and above

o Has a Facebook and Instagram Account
 

• The Promo is not open to:

o   Employees of Silka Skincare (Cosmetique Asia Corporation) and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

5. How to Join the Promo

Step 1: Participant(s) must post a selfie with their family holding their favorite Silka products.

Step 2: Participant(s) must upload it on Facebook and Instagram with the caption

“Kumikinang ang Pasko with Silka dahil _______________________”

Step 3: Participant(s) shall use the official hashtags #KumikinangnaPaskowithSilka #AlagangSilkaStory2023 tagging three (3) of their friends viewable to the public.

Winners will be announced on Silka Facebook page on December 19, 2023.

Twenty (20) GCash Prize Winners:

• 5,000 GCASH

All entries will be manually collected thru the official promo hashtags on Facebook and Instagram: #KumikinangnaPaskowithSilka #AlagangSilkaStory2023 along with the mentions/tags.

8. Selection of Winners

•  Participants may submit multiple entries but may only win once.
• Winners will be selected using the criteria for judging.
• Winners will be selected by the “Board of Judges”composed of a duly authorized representative from Rakso Computer Technology (Rakso CT) and Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC).
• Selection of winners will be conducted virtually via zoom meeting on December 18, 2023 in the presence of an FDA representative.

10. How to Claim Prizes

•  The list of winners will be posted on the Silka Facebook Page on December 19, 2023.
•  Silka will be requesting for the winners to submit their Name, Contact Number, and GCash details through direct Facebook messenger.
•  Winners can claim their prizes until December 21, 2023 only.

11. Control Measures and Releases

• By joining the competition, the participants agree that their personal data may be used by Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC) for the purpose of announcing to the general public updates on the outcome of the said competition, as well as for other PR and communication materials of the corporation. The participants also agree that Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC) may opt to upload in its official website, Facebook page and TikTok page a gallery of photos and videos that will be submitted for this competition.
• Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC) reserves the right to conduct a verification process for all potential winners before awarding any prize. Winners who fail the verification process will be disqualified. All decisions made on all matters related to this promotion are final with concurrence of a representative from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that may occur to the participant during their participation in the event. The participant will participate at her own risk and can have no claims against Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC).
• Entries must not contain inappropriate content, including, but not limited to: (a) Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information (b) Strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person (c) Content that is considered offensive to the others, such as those that encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promotes harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual (d) materials which infringe upon the right of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party’s intellectual property rights.
