Promo Duration: September 02, 2022 –  November 27, 2022

This promo will run from September 02, 2022 –  November 27, 2022, 11:59 PM (Philippines Standard Time)

1. Promo is open to male and female residents of the Philippines, at least 18 years old, and an owner of a sari-sari store in the Philippines.
    
2. Qualified participants must be the owner of the sari-sari store or a family member of the sari-sari store owner whose name appears in the business registration documents (e.g. Mayor’s/Business Permit, DTI Permit and BIR TIN).
    
3. Qualified participants must have registered and active Facebook and Facebook Messenger accounts accessible via mobile (with chat messaging and data services) or desktop.
    
4. Open to citizens of the Philippines aged 18 years old and above, except employees and family members of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC), Rakso Computer Technology Inc, and CAC’s affiliated agencies,  including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity:
   
   1. Cosmetique Asia Corporation Employees;
   2. Rakso Computer Technology Employees;
   3. Promo Packaging Suppliers and Tollers and its employees;
   4. “Organizers of the Promotion”;
   5. Official Media Partners and Sponsors;
   6. Owners and employees of Regional distributors
   7. Affiliated Agencies
       
5. All participants are qualified to win. 

Here’s how:
 

1. Participants must take clear photo(s) of their Awra pose(s) along with their most creative Silka products displayed in their sari-sari store.
    
2. Participants must upload their photo entry publicly on their Facebook account. The photo uploaded should well-capture their:
    

i. Full sari-sari store front. Name of the store must be clearly shown on the photo.
 

ii. Display of the following Silka products:

• Silka Papaya 45g and/ or 65g soap sachets
• Silka Green Papaya 45g and/ or 65g soap sachets
• Silka Papaya Lotion 10mL sachets 

iii. Photo entry must be a clear and close-up photo(s) of the Silka products they are selling. Could be placed on the racks, metal hanger, rods, grills, hook, estante (glass case) or any other shelves. 

3. Participants must post on their own Facebook profile/account, tag @Silkaskincare on their post and include a caption telling:

      i. “Walang Duda, SILKa-partner ako dahil___________”

      ii. Name of their Sari-sari store
      iii. City or province where their store is located
      iv. Official promo hashtags: #SILKapartner and   #UmawraWithSilkaPaninda
 

4. All entries will be manually collected thru the official promo hashtags on Facebook: #SILKapartner and #UmawraWithSilkaPaninda and mentions/tags.
    
5. All promo requirements must be completed by the participants for their entries to be valid.

7. Promo submissions will be accepted from September 02, 2022 at 12:00AM to November 27, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
    
8. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

9. Decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this promo.
    
10. List of Participating Products:

1. Determination of entries:
    
2. Participants must submit his/her entry within September 02 – November 27, 2022.
   
   1. All entries received by 12:00AM of September 02 to 11:59 PM of September 25 will be included on the monthly judging for the month of September 2022.
       
   2. All entries received by 12:00AM of September 26 to 11:59 PM of October 23 will be included on the monthly judging for the month of October 2022.
       
   3. All entries received by 12:00AM of October 24 to 11:59 PM of November 27 will be included on the monthly judging for the month of November 2022.

2. All entries will be screened by Silka Skincare’s digital partner agency, Rakso Computer Technology (Rakso CT).
    
3. All entries will be marked by a “Board of Judges” composed of a duly authorized representative from Rakso Computer Technology (Rakso CT) and Silka Skincare of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC).
    
4. Total of ninety (90) winners will be selected as winners during the three (3) month promo period.
    

12.   Prizes:
    
    a. Monthly Major Prize: Php 5,000.00 cash prize and Php 2,000 worth of Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC) Products Dagdag Puhunan Package.
    
    b. Monthly Consolation Prize: Php 650.00 worth of Silka products.
     
13. Validation Process, Notification, and Announcement of Winners:

1. Ten (10) Major Winners of Php 5,000 CASH + Php 2,000 worth of Cosmetique Asia Corporation Products Dagdag Puhunan Package will win monthly from September – November 2022.
    
2. Twenty (20) Consolation Winners of Php 650 worth of Silka products will win monthly from September – November 2022.
    
3. Total of ninety (90) winners will be selected as winners during the three (3) month promo period ( September – November).

4. Entries with the highest total scores every month based on the criteria for judging on item 8 will be subject for verification before they can be declared as official winners.

5. Monthly entries selected as winners will be notified and must provide the required details as part of the verification and prize distribution.

   2. Winner’s Full Name
   3. Mobile Number
   4. Store Address
   5. Birthdate
   6. Photo of their valid ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS/GSIS card, passport ID, student ID, company ID, etc.)
   7. Photo of their Sari-sari store’s business registration (e.g. Mayor’s/Business Permit, DTI, Permit and BIR TIN)

14.  In the event that the winner’s name is not registered in the sari-sari store’s business permits or documents, they will be requested to take a photo of an authorized letter signed by the registered business owner of the sari-sari store, enclosed with a photo of the owner’s valid ID bearing their signature.
     
15.  Should the winner(s) not respond to the direct message or fails to provide the requirements after forty-eight (48) hours, they will be notified that their prize has been forfeited and will be awarded to another shortlisted winner.
     
16. In the event that the winner cannot receive his/her product prizes, an authorized representative may receive on his/her behalf, provided that the representative provides two (2) valid IDs of the winner and representative (e.g. driver’s license, SSS/GSIS card, passport ID, student ID, company ID, etc.) with complete real name, photograph and signature and signed authorization letter.

17. A Qualified Entry can win more than once but not in the same monthly draw
